Early August farm walk.The wild bee balm is blooming and full of bumblebees, the blackberries are delicious, and the golden hour walks are truly magical. The new stone path through the woods between the big house and the tiny house is so nice! It's likely underwhelming to most, but anyone who's shoveled that much stone and dealt with rain + farm mud knows how nice a simple stone path is.I can't believe we're only a few weeks away from holding our oldest daughter's wedding here on the farm! Joe has been hard at work keeping the fields mowed and filling in any low spots that might be tripping hazards. If you look in the center of the first photo, the mowed spot is where the reception tent is going to go.xo,s
